INTRODUCTION

PART 1 -- The Torah of CREATION (Genesis 1:1 to 2:4)

Genesis 01: God began everything without strife or death

Genesis 02: The LORD God set up his holy order for all of 
mankind
Genesis 03: Debating and reasoning with the LORD God’s word leads
 to death
Genesis 04: The need for faith and sincerity of heart
Genesis 05: A historical confirmation, that man is God’s blessed 
creation

PART 3 -- The Torah of NOAH (Genesis 6:1 to 11:9)

Genesis 06: The Spirit of God means life. God is precise and always 
does exactly what he means. Even after damnation God 
felt for and with his creation
Genesis 07: Only the earth, which man had ruined through himself, 
was extinguished
Genesis 08: The obedience of Noah and the first altar for sacrificing a burnt offering to the LORD
Genesis 09: The sanctity of life in its blood and God’s first covenant 
with all flesh, multiplying upon the earth. Why Noah 
cursed Canaan
Genesis 10: The genealogy of all nations in the Old Testament and 
even today -- (Addition: Genesis 11:1-9 Mankind desired to 
settle in one place, but God wanted them to fill the earth, 
so he multiplied their originally one language)

PART 4 -- The Torah of ABRAHAM (Genesis 11:10 to 25:18)

Genesis 11: The genealogy from Shem to Abram
Genesis 12: The silent beginning of God's plan of salvation for all of 
mankind, and how the LORD’s promise and plan was 
upheld even against the treach­ery of his chosen
Genesis 13: Learn and appreciate the gifts of God
Genesis 14: Abram learned from his error in Egypt and henceforth counted only on the LORD
Genesis 15: Questioning God is permissible, but believing and trus-
ting the LORD is righteousness
Genesis 16: Human impatience and incomplete knowledge dis-
figures God’s will and plans
Genesis 17: God’s covenant with a former doubter and disbeliever,
 to become the father of multitudes and an active 
believer in God
Genesis 18: Abraham served the LORD with food and haggled 
with him for the righteousness of a few
Genesis 19: All it takes is one righteous person for God to act 
mercifully
Genesis 20: The LORD does not change, no matter how much 
his servants fail
Genesis 21: The birth of Isaac led to Abraham’s separation from 
Ishmael. A covenant with Abimelech brought peace
Genesis 22: Abraham was tested for the sake of God’s creation 
(i.e. mankind) and God's oath to bless and save them, 
because Abraham obeyed
Genesis 23: Sarah died and Abraham bought land near Hebron 
to bury her
Genesis 24: The journey of Abraham’s servant to find and win 
a wife for Isaac -- (Addition: Genesis 25:1-18 -- The sons of 
Abraham from Keturah; Abraham’s death and burial 
by his sons Ishmael and Isaac

PART 5 -- The Torah of JACOB (Genesis 25:19 to 36:43)

Genesis 25: The birth of Isaac’s twin sons, Jacob and Esau,
 and Esau’s folly
Genesis 26: Like father like son: Isaac treads in his father’s footsteps 
for better or for worse
Genesis 27: Jacob stole Esau’s blessing at his mother’s behest
Genesis 28: Jacob left with his parents’ blessings and encountered 
God in a dream
Genesis 29: Jacob came to live and work with his extended family 
and was tricked into marrying Leah
Genesis 30: Jacob’s children and their ever competing mothers; 
Jacob’s wages
Genesis 31: Jacob’s flight, Laban’s pursuit and God’s faithful 
protection
Genesis 32: Jacob’s worries led him to challenge God
Genesis 33: Brotherly reconciliation and a detour
Genesis 34: Balancing out lust with greed begets anger, deceit 
and murder and more greed
Genesis 35: God’s reaffirming actions and the deaths of Rachel
 and Isaac
Genesis 36: The decedents of Esau, the seed of Edom

PART 6 -- The Torah of Joseph (Genesis 37:1 to 50:26)

Genesis 37: God’s election led Joseph to be sold as a slave 
by his jealous brothers
Genesis 38: Judah’s indecent conduct and his sons from 
two women
Genesis 39: Joseph’s fall to greatness by God’s grace
Genesis 40: Joseph interpreted dreams in prison
Genesis 41: Josef was remembered and brought to Pharaoh 
to fulfill God’s plan
Genesis 42: One of Joseph’s dreams was fulfilled as God’s plan 
unfolded
Genesis 43: All of Israel’s twelve sons came together again 
in Egypt
Genesis 44: Joseph’s accusations and Judah’s response
Genesis 45: The revelation of God’s good plan in spite of 
the brothers’ evil intentions
Genesis 46: God’s reaffirmation to Israel that he would stay 
with him and keep his promises, even if they 
went down to Egypt
Genesis 47: Joseph’s family became rich in Egypt and 
the Egyptians were enslaved to Pharaoh
Genesis 48: Ephraim and Manasseh were elected by Israel 
as true sons
Genesis 49: Jacob’s prophecies concerning the future of his sons 
and of their offspring, and Jacob’s death
Genesis 50: Jacob’s burial, the brothers’ fear and Joseph’s death
