Then, by God’s compassion and grace, the living Christ met me and healed my soul. He cleansed my heart and made me stand on a solid foundation.
Since that experience I have found meaning and a goal for my life. Despair, unhappiness and disappointment have left me. Hope and assurance have come into my heart. I have learned to listen to the word of God and answer him in my prayers. Now I know that my sins are forgiven, my whole life has been changed, and my soul has been revived. The power of God is working in my weakness. I sing a new song in my heart and praise the Lord for my salvation.”
